Let’s start with beautiful Burlington, Vermont, and surrounding areas.
The best time to take your dog to Vermont is late spring until fall. Of course, you can visit in the winter but it will be more difficult navigating the snow and cold weather with your pup.
Here are all the things you can do with your four-legged friend during your time in Vermont:

Lake Champlain offers picturesque paths and trails to hike with your dog.
Cosmic Grind and Brio Coffee both allow dogs inside.
Shelbourne Vineyard in Shelburne Vermont is a 20-minute drive from Burlington and dog-friendly even in the tasting room. Relaxing with your dog and a glass of wine sounds like the best kind of day.
